By accessing or using the Xorvya website or demo (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1) What the Platform Is

Xorvya provides tools that help structure, check, and assemble compliance-related documentation (e.g., matrices, flags, and draft packs) based on user-provided information.

2) No Professional Advice

The Platform does not provide legal, architectural, engineering, or code consulting services. Outputs are informational and workflow aids only. Final compliance determinations, stamping, and submissions must be completed by qualified professionals and/or the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

3) Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate inputs and only upload materials you have the right to share.
Review and verify all outputs before use.
Engage qualified professionals where required.

4) Demo Environment

The demo may use simulated logic, placeholder outputs, and non-production storage. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive materials to the demo.

5) Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its interface, workflows, and generated formats, is owned by Xorvya. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Platform.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xorvya is not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the Platform, including permit outcomes, delays, costs, or decisions made based on demo outputs.

7) Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
